Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Immigration Legal Assistant to support our immigration attorneys in delivering high-quality legal services to our clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about immigration law, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file immigration applications and petitions (e.g., family-based, employment-based, non-immigrant visas, DACA, naturalization, waivers)
• Organize and maintain client files, both physical and digital
• Draft correspondence, legal documents, and forms (e.g., USCIS, EOIR, DOS)
• Communicate with clients to collect documentation and provide case updates
• Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and case tracking systems
• Support attorneys with case preparation for hearings, interviews, and filings

Qualifications

• Prior experience in immigration law preferred (1+ year)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with immigration case management software (e.g., Docketwise, INSZoom, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Bilingual in Albanian and Spanish languages required
